The Cowell Group and London & District Housing invite you to join them at the 18th annual running of the Property Prokart Challenge, in association with Estates Gazette.

Following last year’s superb and fully subscribed event, we are looking forward to an even better race this year – on 24th/25th September 2015.

This year’s event includes two hours of on-track practice at Daytona Milton Keynes on Thursday 24th September, followed by a champagne reception and networking dinner at the Holiday Inn, Milton Keynes, before the teams return to Daytona Milton Keynes for the Eight Hour Team Endurance Race and the F1 Pitstop Challenge on Friday 25th September.

Daytona Milton Keynes is hosting the event and providing the Sodi RT8 karts, all race management and safety equipment. Entry includes practice, all safety equipment, breakfast, the race, entry to the Pit Stop Challenge, lunch and refreshments for all drivers. This year’s event is being held in aid of Variety – teams are asked to make a contribution of £150 to this worthwhile cause.

The PPK F1 Pit Stop Challenge
Each team will also be entered into The PPK F1 Pit Stop Challenge. The drivers will race against the clock to jack up the F1 Car and change all four wheels. All registered drivers are eligible to assist with PPKF1 Pit Stop Challenge. A qualifying run in the morning will set the running order for the main competition – with teams competing in reverse qualifying order. A separate prize is awarded to The PPK F1 Pit Stop Challenge Champions.

Team Entry (including Thursday Practice, Friday Racing, Up to 10 drivers, Breakfast, Lunch, entry to the F1 Pit Stop Challenge and event t-shirts for all drivers) is just £1350 plus VAT

The Champagne Reception and Curry Networking Dinner costs just £25 plus VAT per head – and registered drivers can stay at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes for just £99 on Thursday 24th September.
