Sales Executive

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive with a confident, positive, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude to join our winning team.

Working closely with the Group Sales Manager to achieve maximum profitability from events sales, you will work as part of a team to ensure industry leading standards of customer experience and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times.

Main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Achieving weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Offering a selection of products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Introducing customers to the Service and facilities
  • Ensuring all payment and monetary transactions are handled accordingly
  • Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues and sponsors
  • Contributing to a departmental marketing strategy to promote all products and services and ensuring adequate promotional displays throughout group.
  • Handling all customer complaints swiftly and professionally, and in a sensitive manner
  • Maintaining appealing sales promotions

You must be self-motivated and results orientated and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment. You need the ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you need the ability to influence others and be committed to achieving sales targets and objectives.

With a professional and positive approach, you will be educated to a minimum of A Level or equivalent

The salary is negotiable dependant on experience. Previous sales experience within a b2c environment is absolutely essential.
