Daytona Promotions - TESCO's CLUB CARD

Thank you for choosing to use your Tesco Clubcard experience tokens with Daytona. We have a range of different racing experiences for you to choose from:

OPEN KART RACING
D 90 (Milton Keynes & Sandown Park Only)

The race is a 1 hour 30 minute race and is ideal for stag and hen parties, birthdays and small groups. After practice for each driver, teams race to complete the most laps over 90 minutes of intense on track action to become the overall winners. The top three teams are invited on to the podium with an engraved trophy for every team member. Teams are made up of 2 to 4 drivers.

D 50 (Milton Keynes & Sandown Park Only) - After 10 minutes practice, the drivers compete in a single driver 50 minute race.

D 2 HOUR (Manchester only)

The Daytona 2 Hour is one of the most competitive team events that take place at Daytona Manchester. Normally held on a Monday evening, up to 12 teams compete in practice for each team member, followed by a nonstop 2 hour endurance race. Ideal for small groups, the Daytona 2 Hour provides all the fun of a Le Mans style race event.

THE GP OPEN (Manchester & Milton Keynes & Sandown Park)
This Open is popular with Stag Parties and perfect for individuals and groups of any size. Every driver in your group will take part in a pre race practice, followed by 3 heats (4 in Manchester). The top drivers qualify for the semi finals with the top 10 drivers competing in a Grand Final. The top 3 drivers after battling for 10 laps in the Grand Final will receive an engraved trophy. These events are at least once a week.

LADIES NIGHT (Manchester Only)
Ladies night is held one Friday evening each month. It is based on the same format as our GP Open events, but with one big difference! There will be no men in the building other than the ones running the event.

If you have always wanted to have a go at karting and felt too intimidated then this is an ideal event to get you started.

ARRIVE & DRIVE (Manchester Milton Keynes & Sandown Park)
Practice sessions (30 Minute drives) are ideal for beginners to try kart racing and serious competitors to hone their skills. Practice gives the opportunity to try different lines and braking points in order to become quicker. Practice sessions should be pre-booked and availability changes on a weekly basis and it is best therefore to phone the venue to check availability. All laps are timed and printouts are provided to drivers at the end of the session. Daytona for drivers aged 8 to 15, and 16+ . These sessions must be pre-booked and availability changes on a weekly basis.

Any driver under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; where this is not possible, drivers should contact the venue and arrange for a parental consent form to be completed. The price includes all safety equipment, a video briefing and laptime printout.

RACE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Daytona will supply race suits, helmets, gloves and karts. Drivers supplying their own safety equipment should present items to the Daytona Race Director in order for them to be checked for safety compliance.

The Tesco Clubcard price varies between venues, formats and dates, so please look at experiences offered and contact the relevant Daytona Venue to book in. You can put your deal tokens towards ful or part experience of your chosen karting experience but please note that Experience Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard. Contact Daytona Motorsports to book your Karting experience stating which Tesco Experience you require. Please have your Token(s) serial numbers to hand.

A minimum of 2 weeks should be allowed from time of booking to the date of the Karting experience. (except on Arrive and Drive as dates are generally released with 10 to 14 days notice)

For advance booking, you will be required to send your Clubcard Deals Tokens to Daytona Motorsport. Deals Tokens cannot be replaced, we recommend you post these special delivery.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

Deal Tokens can only be used to purchase experiences displayed on the Tesco Clubcard Deals page on the Daytona website.
Deal Token(s) can be used as full or part payment.
You can use more than one Deal Token, but no change will be given if the value of Tokens exceeds the total value to be spent.
Deal Token(s) can be topped up with cash (debit or credit card payment).
Deal Token(s) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
You cannot pay with Clubcard Vouchers or Deal Token(s) at the venue.
Deal Token(s) are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Once your Deal Tokens have been exchanged for an experience through Daytona Motorsport this experience or voucher is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
