Please note: customers who pay the initial deposit on behalf of their team, will be sent a personalised contract which they must sign and return.

The contract will include the relevant booking terms and conditions for a DMAX or N35 ST team entry. Below are the terms and conditions taken from both contracts.

You will receive a personalised contract upon payment of the deposit. We have listed the DMAX booking terms first and the N35 ST booking terms are listed directly below them.

DAYTONA DMAX 24 HOURS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I confirm my entry to the Daytona 24 Hour Race as per the following conditions:

1. I understand that signing and returning this document forms a contract between me and Daytona Milton Keynes Ltd. and I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. At the time of booking I agree to pay a deposit of £100.00 per DMAX team entry, followed by a second payment instalment of £1,275.00 per team entry no later than 29th March 2021, and a final third payment instalment of £1,275.00 per team entry no later than 26th April 2021.

3. I understand that upon receipt of this signed contract and a £100.00 deposit per team, Daytona will reserve my team(s) in the race, and I may select one Pit Plot of my choice per team entry, subject to availability.

4. If before March 29th 2021, a government-imposed lockdown forces the postponement of the race, I may choose either to withdraw my entry and receive a refund of the £100.00 deposit per team or roll my deposit over to the new race date.

5. I accept that once the first payment instalment date of 29^th March 2021 passes, my entry becomes non-refundable, and I agree that full fees remain payable, even if I / my team(s) choose not to participate in the race. In the event that a government imposed lockdown postpones the race, Daytona will transfer any monies paid to the new race date.

6. I accept that all members of my team(s) must read, understand, and adhere to all the race rules and regulations. Team drivers must also sign a risk awareness declaration, attend all safety briefings, and complete practice laps, in order to race.

7. I accept that Daytona may reasonably alter the race format at their sole discretion and that the event timings may change due to force majeure or necessity.

8. Daytona reserves the right to cease providing racing, hospitality, or any other service to any individual at any time.

11. Daytona accepts no responsibility for personal property. Users of the car parks and lockers provided do so at their own risk.

12. If after March 29th, 2021, Daytona must cancel the race due to force majeure other than a government-imposed lockdown then full fees remain payable and Daytona will reschedule or credit if the race does not go ahead.
