THE NEW SEASON OF INKART IS AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW

The Inkart Championship returns 8th January 2022 at Daytona Tamworth
12 Championship rounds competing against the best junior and adult amateur outdoor go-karting drivers in the Midlands.
The format for 2022 has been updated to create a more exciting championship.
Each driver will compete in a 10 minute practice, 2 x 10 minute heats and a 12 minute final. Championship points will be awarded for finishing positions in the finals with bonus championship points for fastest laps in each round.
10 championship rounds will count towards each drivers overall total.
Early Bird discount is available as usual with a £10 discount being applied for bookings made 1 month in advance.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
If drivers book any round more than a month before the race date, a £10 discount is applied on their race fees. Book the whole season now and save £120.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Cadet Biz 160cc
- £80 per round
- Drivers must be 8-11 years of age
- Any child that has raced any of the first 2 rounds prior to turning 12 years of age may continue to race in the cadet class upon turning 12 provided they still fit in the kart safely.
- A driver MUST
- have a comprehensive racing history with Daytona and complete a 1 hour 1-2-1 assessment
- Inkart Membership required at a cost of £50
Junior RT8 390cc
- £90 per round
- Drivers must be 12 or 13 years of age.
- Any child that has raced any of the first 2 rounds prior to turning 14 years of age may continue to race in the junior RT8 class upon turning 14.
- A driver MUST
- have a comprehensive racing history with Daytona and complete a Junior RT8 Assessment
- Inkart Membership required at a cost of £50
- Sodi World Series qualifying
Senior RT8 390cc
- £90 per round
- Drivers must be 14+ years of age
- All drivers will race as one. There will be 2 race classes based on weight.
- Lightweight up to 77.9kg
- Heavyweight 78kg +
- Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 drivers per round in each weight class.
- Sodi World Series qualifying with points awarded for overall position.
Senior DMAX-GT 125cc Rotax
- £125 per round
- Drivers must be 16+ years of age.
- Drivers aged 14 and 15 years of age may enter provided they have passed a DMAX-GT Assessment and have been authorised by management to race in a DMAX-GT.
- All drivers will race as one with a minimum weight of 65kgs. There will be 3 race classes based on weight.
- Lightweight up to 65kg to 77.4kg
- Intermediate 77.5kg to 89.9kg
- Heavyweight 90kg +
- Any drivers who weigh less than 65kgs will be required to weight up to this level. When determining the weight of a driver, all relevant race clothing, including helmet, suit, gloves, boots, knee pads and seat inserts may be weighted.
*We can provide ballast up to 22.5kg + a seat insert at 2.5kg if required
- Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 drivers per round in each weight class.
- Sodi World Series qualifying with points awarded for overall position.
