The Property Industry's Annual Team Go-Kart Race
Join Daytona, the Cowell Group, London & District, and many other property stakeholders for the 2025 Property Pro Kart Challenge. In its 28th year, the annual industry networking event returns to Daytona Milton Keynes on 11-12th September 2025.
With up to 34 teams in contention, it promises to be another spectacular race on our famous 1,360 metre track.

- 100 minutes practice

FRIDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER:
RACE DAY
- Practice and qualifying followed by 6 hour endurance race
- F1 Pit Stop Challenge for all teams
